1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TrimSpend (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrimSpend helps you review evidence, manage renewals, compare eligible benefits and prepare cancellation or negotiation actions. Drafts are editable. Optional email delivery contacts a provider only when you choose that action. Projected savings are estimates; user-reported outcomes remain distinct from observed and verified results. Benefit eligibility and provider decisions can change.
3. Credits and Payments
- Credits are consumed when you use AI features (script generation, statement analysis, etc.)
- Credits do not expire and are non-transferable
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases
- Lifetime access is a one-time purchase tied to your account
- Annual access lasts one calendar year from the purchase date; leap-day expiry falls on February 28 in a non-leap year
- Refunds and chargebacks can reverse the affected purchase credits and access. If reversed credits have already been used, future credits first settle the outstanding balance. Independent valid access purchases remain separate.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Attempt to abuse or circumvent the credit system
- Submit malicious content via email forwarding or file upload features
- Resell or redistribute scripts generated by the Service
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts will result in successful cancellations or negotiations. Results depend on the policies of the subscription service you are contacting.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimSpend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
